good job .. the site looks great!

    two things:

    1. it doesnt seem to fit together all that well. it might be the graphic on the right side. but overall its works out ok

    2. i dont know if it was intentional but you mispelt 'choose' on the bottom.

    cheers

I like the main portion of it a lot... however, two things:
in 800x600 yoru banner takes up an obscene amount of space... only the last 1/4 of your page or so has any content on it at that resolution... then at really high resolutions those fine diagnol lines that end up taking up so much space make me seasick =x Other than that, good job!

yeah the banner is a problem.. might reduce the thick diagonal bit above it a bit and center the whole site to reduce the huge gap on higer res...

if that sounds like it makes any sense

Nice looking site, especially for your first site. Here are a few suggestions:
    1. At the top of the page, the striped bar image you have is a little to tall for my liking. When it's put on top of another image, that pushes your content half way down the page on a 1024x768 resolution, and on an 800x600 res, only one line of content is visible w/o scrolling. When visitors come to your site, the first thing they see should be more than just images, IMO.
    2. You can tell the dropshadow you have on the right side of the page is tiled, because the shadow was made at an angle. To fix this, set the dropshadow's angle to 0 degrees in photoshop, then slice it. This will produce a smoother dropshadow, like you see on the edges here on WDF.
    3. The text color you have looks really good with the design, but it's not the easiest to read, because you have dark blue text on a light blue bg. The blues are a little too similar for it to be ledgible, IMO.
    4. Preload your mouseovers! :ichatcool:

Just some minor suggestions, the site looks great overall. The graphics you have are nice, except for the counter at the bottom!

very practical suggestions indeed.. all of them being worked on except for the counter which the client insists stays there.

The mouseovers are preloaded... but by dreamweaver, which iv been told is a bit on the dodgy site for mouseovers. Does anyone know how to refine the dreamweaver mouseover code to sort this, cause they can be painfully slow.
