Nice job. My eye had a hard time knowing where to land. The stark white was a little harsh. I did the movement and the image on the front.

I have one suggestion, the abstract graphince that you have in the background, any chance you could 'dock' that to the side of the page, the left for the front page, and on the About Me page, put up in the top right corner, and obviously make it a watermark.
That way the harsh cut off lines aren't really seen..
Also, with the about me page, you could have that abstract explosion graphic in the top right and bottom left corner. his way it'll make the page look like it's not within a small box inside the browser.

Just something I wouldn't mind seeing to see how it goes..

Yeah thats some good ideas. How would I go about docking them to sides of pages though? like putting them into a seperate div or using them as background images

One thing I would do is to have a background div, with width 100% (so it will always go as wide as the browser). Then set the background position for X and Y to right and top respectively.
Similarly with the other image that you want to the right, change the background position to left and bottom.

This background DIV could just be your container (or wrapper) DIV.

I'm pretty sure that will achieve what I've mentioned..
    Hope that helps

Oh another thing, you need a skip intro link. People won't want to sit there and wait for it to finish each time they go to your site (yes I know it's only a couple of seconds, but I found myself getting a little impatient with it).
