As transio has mentioned, if you want to be taken even slightly seriously, you need to get off your free AOL webspace. You're trying to advertise yourself as a computer expert, and you are doing so using your $27/mo over-priced, glorified-internet, worst-isp-ever account. If you took 2 months of your AOL account's cost, you could get yourself a domain name and some inexpensive webhosting. That said, here's a critique of the design:
    1. The banner is too large, I'm not a fan of that huge type. Or using "4" instead of "for". Kind of amateur.
    2. The navigation going across the top should be centered.
    3. The "menu" on the left side should be aligned to the top of it's cell.
    4. The three pictures that are going down the page need to be aligned with the right side of the first picture, or with something. They look messy just stuck in there aligned w/ nothing, IMO.

That should get you started, keep up the good work.

its not bad. needs alot of work though.

-why dont you just use images in your nav menu at the top?
-why do you have a collapsable(bad spelling) menu?? there is no point. lol, all that comes down is the 'main page' link.
    -get a new heading!!

its not bad so keep workin on it.
