    Hi there,

I've just finished work on a little site called doodle doodle. It started off as a mess around then I used it to learn a bit more about jscript and asp.

i kept it as simple as possible as its sposed to be a relaxing break from the chaos of the net.

A 5 minute distraction from work for the office on a friday afternoon.
Thats the aim....I'm not really aiming at a hardcore traffic number per day.

So take a break....have a doodle....and let me know what you think!

    Cheers,

Not bad work. There are a few issues I have with it, though... you could make the "drawing" a little smoother... mouse movements at high speed tend to skip over many squares. Also, I'd make it "doodle" only when the mouse is pressed. That would improve usability a bit (it's what people are used to). Maybe you could add other shades of gray while you're at it?

very creative . I like it alot. I think alot of people will do it. The only suggestiong i have is like transio said about having it doodle when u press the mouse.

pretty cool...very creative indeed. I agree with transio that you should make it draw only when the mouse is pressed.

    I like it though...

cheers guys for the feedback...guess the consensus is to change it to draw when clicked!! Does nobody like the way it takes a bit of skill....bit of a challenge?

    Thanks again,
    jonny

I agree w/ changing it to draw only when clicked. If not, it limits the drawing capabilites, and forces you to write in cursive!
