    For some reason on a new site im playing around with.. there is a horizontall scroll bar. Could you help me out and tell me why? And also, other than that, hows the design? Thanks.

    We need a lot more information, like either a link or attached code. Most likely you have a table that exceeds 100% (which can happen in sneaky ways) or your browser window is too small for the content.

    Simply make the main table a few pixels smaller. I'm at 1600x1200 on both my work computers so I never really have the problem

    not a bad design but its to dark.. try and lighten it up a bit.
    also, i think you should get rid of the crosshash cursor. its really annoying!!

    I agree with ditching the crosshair cursor, and also suggest you vertically align your table cells to the top:
