um.... its kinda pointless to advertise and try to bring work in an industry you seem to know nothing about, just saying..

I only had time to look very briefly and did not look at your code at all, but I can make a few suggestions right away.
    • I'd get rid of the "Welcome to our BRAND NEW WEBSITE", since many people will read that to mean you a very new to the business and be reluctant to sign on until you're more established.
    • You should also indicate more specifically the currency you are using - is it US, Canadian, or Australian Dollars, for example.
    • Get someone to proofread your English - it's not too bad, but the grammar is a little off.

Pointing out weaknesses is certainly a part of a review. Have you got any ideas for them on how to make the site better?

I actually think I know what graphicsman means...some of it, anyway.

First off, your code is dated. It's a tabled layout, and there's no reason for you to use a tabled layout. Using a CSS-based layout with the appropriate tags (divs, uls, etc. and so on) would give you much cleaner code and more flexibility down the road.)

Second, the colors themselves are disconnected and somewhat dated. Blue is a nice color, but not that blue. Oddly enough, your graphics seem to get better as you go down the page (the signup for free graphic is decent.)

Third...a counter? A COUNTER? Come on, man! A counter? Get Google Analytics on your site. No one needs to see a counter. That's just weak.

Fourth, you say services are free, and yet there are logos for AlertPay and Moneybookers. If they're free, why are there third-rate payment processor logos on the page (by the way, lose AlertPay in particular...that thing is just a mess on every conceivable level.)

Fifth, and most importantly...why? Do we really need another one of these kinds of sites, and one that brings absolutely nothing new to the table? If you're not going to come up with something on the oDesk level or better, don't even bother, man. Seriously, those guys have raised the game for everyone in this industry.

Basically, this thing is dated and lacking in anything resembling a competitive threat to the industry that you're targeting.

this is how I see sites....

#1 - get and use a robots.txt file.... whomever you paid for SEO ... you should ask for your money back.... this is a general rule... make sure you are correctly using the robots.txt file... you have none... and your server is not even sending a proper 404 code... so SE's will avoid your site... either have one... or make sure your server is responding properly to 404 errors...

#2 CSS code ( above the doc type ) ???? really.... you should not only ask for a refund... they should pay you for teaching them some basic rules of the industry... SE's look at code... and content... they do not look at pretty pictures... if they see extraneous code... they stop looking... way too many sites that their only objective is to test and exploit SE's...

from what I did see of the "visual part" of the site... was nothing to go "wow" I should sign up...

perhaps, since you have so many "freelancers" signed up... you could create a job... for a site redesign... and let your visitors bid on it....

He paid someone to SEO that thing? And code it? I seriously hope you're wrong on that. At least if he did it himself, then he'd have a very small excuse. Not anything remotely resembling a reason, but an excuse.

I didn't even get to the code, but that thing's an absolute nightmare. I just looked at the validation for that code and...wow. I can understand the odd mistake or coding issue that say W3C doesn't understand (e.g. onfocus/onblur attributes), but not this:

    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...ignmansion.org

If there was ever a singular argument for an overhaul from the ground up, this is it.
