It isn't a bad design. It really could use a little white space. It feels a bit cramped. The real problem is under the hood. The entire thing is coded using tables.

The design looks ok, pretty basic. But reminds me of a preschool or childcare website. The colors are not of a professional logo design company. The blue background replace it with a white or a very light grey. Its best to stick with 2 colors at most.
    Using tables, bad idea.

Also :spin: why is your content about 60% the same as this website? Who had it first? http://www.imediacorp.com/index.php?...d=71&Itemid=79

And why does it say in your source that the author's name is:

Am I the only one who hates the name of this company? "The Logo Designs"? It sounds like the back end of a broken English sentence. "What do you do?" "I do the logo designs." That alone is enough to make a lot of people run the other way.

Agree with MYIW about the color scheme...especially when combined with the pencil crayons. You're doing logos online. If you're using pencil crayons, you're probably wrecking a whole lot of monitors...not to mention the fact that you won't be able to save your work in Photoshop or Illustrator. The pencil crayons have to go, man.

Your pricing isn't all that great either, considering you're from India. I know guys I could give $99 to $150 to here and get something done, and quite frankly, I'd rather keep the business local. I know what I'm getting here.

To add to MYIW's copyright point:

    http://www.thelogodesigns.com/works.htm

You even used the same freakin' logos! Even if you're the outsourced shop these guys used, that's weak. That's really, really weak.

Some of your "logos" (assuming you made them) are dangerously close to copyright infringement. The eShow logo on this page comes to mind:

If eBay or CBS ever gets a hold of that, you're asking for a legal beatdown in a big way.

Basically, this thing sucks. You're either stealing from people by accident or design, and you're not smart enough to get away with it.
If I've helped you out in any way, please pay it forward. My wife and I are walking for Autism Speaks. Please donate, and thanks.

If someone helped you out, be sure to "Like" their post and/or help them in kind. The "Like" link is on the bottom right of each post, beside the "Share" link.

Webgrity owns the domain. Likely a "subsidiary" company.
