    Wow...holy excessive movement, Batman!

First of all, you took an idea that has been run so far into the ground another competitor couldn't possibly fit. Then that page came up. I actually had to refresh my browser to see if it was just me looking at it funny or if it was the page. I realize that you're trying to be different, and given your target market I can respect that...but not like this. Not like this at all.

You need to rebuild that site without Flash (except maybe for the video chat and things like that). There's absolutely no need for it here. That, and the Flash is actually hurting you in your case (it covers up your Google ad, among other things).

Seriously, this can't work the way it is right now. It's way too busy, relies way too much on animation where it isn't necessary, and is just plain confusing.

I don't have flash on my old lappy, and all it shows is a ginormous ad

Definitely lose the flash. When I first arrived at the site, I was confused as to what was happening. The page loads, a window that I later identified as a chat window jumps in front, then out of the way. Then, I couldn't scroll the page with my mouse wheel...until my mouse was over the content area of the page. Don't get me wrong, the page LOOKS ok, it's just a usability nightmare. Like GAME said, there's no reason to use flash here.

I agree with you guys. The website loading is too slow. The terrible yellow scroll works too bad. I don't like color combination, it is annoying my eyes. What Flash version did you use?
