The splash screen has a cool image, but splash screens are useless, and your splash screen doesn't fit in with the design of the rest of your site.
Once in your site, the design looks like the standard vBulletin template. Of course, it would if it weren't for the broken images.

You need to have:

i agree with splufdaddy, lose the splash screen. If you insist on keeping it there then i suggest you put a 1px border around the image because you can see the background so it looks a bit tacky..
on the inside the site looks good but not very unique..
also, the 'calendar' image on your nav doesnt fit in with the rest. this may be what splufdaddy was referring too.
overall, good job!!

I'm seeing some broken images too...you must've gotten rid of the splash.

as i said before, the calendar image on the nav doesnt fit in. Its a different color..

Broken images = the image doesn't show up. Almost all of the images dont show up on your site. This one, for example, doesn't show up (the long image at the top of the screen):
