Hi, I have recently started bulding my portfolio site

Please give some feedback, all comments are welcome. Looking for some improvements,

The design for the site will be changing soon but I dont have enough time at the moment but I do have a better design idea

The slides go a bit fast. I'm a fast reader, and I couldn't finish reading before it switched. Also, you don't have any pictures on your portfolio page. I like the layout and the color scheme, they're pretty nice.

The colour scheme is like that because I wanted I simple design(my focus was on functionality)

Like i said, I am working on a new design(it will look a lot nicer but will still have the same functionality)

I will change the slide speed time(thanks for letting me know, 2 other people said the same thing to me)

I was going to put in the pictures on the portfolio page but then I wanted to chang the design so I thought I would not spend anymore time developing this site, my time is limited as it is

Well, then there's no point in making the pictures pop out when you click on them, since they're just random patterns.

I clicked the visit the site link on one of your portfolio sites and it brought me to a wix site. wix=free premade websites. I'm very confused now?

No - he explains that - it is a site for his sister and she insisted on 100% Flash, so that was his way of doing something within the parameters she had set, but fast and easy.
I'm willing to bet that as it was family he didn't get paid much, if at all.
If someone came to me and wanted a 100% Flash site, I'd try to talk them out of it, and if I couldn't, I'd turn down the job.
I don't think turning it down is an option when it's your sister, so he went fast and easy - why spend umpteen hours creating a Flash site for cheap or free, when there is an alternative?
