Guess I'm the first; I think you are using a fixed height on the layout and that needs to go. It just does not look good and screams newbie. The site looks clean and very business like. I am weird when it comes to choosing color, which is why I have an issue with your background color. An off white like #f0f0f0 with a very moderate drop shadow would look much better.

BTW: I did not read your content on the site. Someone else will, just make sure none of your content has been copied from elsewhere (not that I'm implying you do such thing).
I have gotten into the habit of not judging other designers/developers work, but this is my Microsoft Meandering time so I'm MEANDERING...

Oh, almost forgot: spammers are gender-less parasites...

I'm seeing a trend between this site and the sites listed in your portfolio, they all use a lot of 1px borders... which in my opinion screams ( I don't know what else to do here so I'll wrap the box in a border )...especially since it seems to transcend all the sites.

I understand that you may be fairly new to this, and that's fine, everyone has to start somewhere, I see you do have a lot of the basics down, but most people looking for a web site for their business are looking for more than basic, remember, their web site is a 24/7 reflection of THEIR business...

yeah the cheap prices might get you some business, but in my experience, if that is the only reason they want you to design their site, they usually are the ones that will waste a lot of your time in making tons of update request ( since you're so cheap )...

Then you have the competition thing... look at your LOCAL competitors ( yeah, I know the web is a global market, but people looking for cheap web sites don't want to deal with someone in another country, they want someone they can call and or have a sit down meeting with ), Ask yourself, how does my site measure up against my competitors offering the same services... and WHY would OR should they choose me over them ???

Your site should be ON PAR, or better and you should offer the same or better services.

Very minimalist site. The colors of the rectangles in the middle of the page are way too basic for my taste. Also, the valid HTML and CSS badges are useless. Nice sentiment, but anyone can have them.
Case in point: yours are invalid.
