    There's almost nothing there.. the logos alright.
    I wouldn't include the lines in the final design, they're necessary.

    As you can probably tell, I don't have much design experience. Can you give me any advice on what makes a good design for a website? The logo makes more since if you know me. I'm a quad who's happiest when coding.

    There aren't really any set rules as to what makes a good design, other than the 'good layout', 'color coordination', etc. But those are very generalized terms. Take a look at some other good sites, maybe you can get ideas from them.
    Keep the logo though, I like it.
