At a loss for ideas, HELP!!

Hello there good people of WDF forums. Some of you may remember my working on this site some months ago and the general consensus was that is was ok. So, I started redesigning this site in my spare time as little as it is and have run into a wall. There's mixed opinions on the content, is any, that a footer should contain. Well, I want to have footer content and would like to get everyone's input on what I might put here in this site. Be advised though that the home page is the only one that's active. The child pages don't exist yet so don't bother with them. I appreciate it everyone.

Yeah that happens when the server is undergoing maintenance. I see you're located in India, although I don't know what time zone you use, that might account for something.

my timezone is +5:30 ,,, by the way what kind of site is yours ???

i have seen the screenshot (the site is not loading) ... i think it wud be better if you wud be using more colourful nav bar

I think your color scheme choice is too dark overall. The white text doesn't work well with the dark blue background. To me at least your site looks like from the 90s. -_-

I don't have much time right now but im sure other WDF members more experienced then me will help you out.

I would go with a lighter color for the content area's
