    So I am working on a website for my fathers computer services company. I am trying to figure out a decent color scheme. I am creating the site using Drupal and am basically just setting up a general layout right now. My main problem is the fact that I can't figure out a decent color scheme for the site and can't seem to put any of my ideas into reality.

    Would be great if I could get some help.

    Your big problem right now is that your text is...too big.

    As far as a color scheme is concerned, www.colourlovers.com is your friend. Go ahead and try that out and see if you can't come up with something that works.

    When you're happy with that, I'll review the rest. I'd rather hold off until you figure out the colors. The one thing I'd suggest is to base it off your dad's logo, if he has one.

    Thanks for the suggestions and tips! I checked out the site and it is pretty helpful so I am combining some colors I think my work together nicely. As for the logo the boat like object in the top left is the "prototype" logo.

    I am developing in drupal and haven't quite gotten used to it.

    I know this is weird but I usually look through interior design magazines for color scheme inspiration.

    Make sure to add something like:
    Code:
    .XXXXX a:link {
    text-decoration: none;
    font-color: black;
    }
    to your code, replacing the XXXXX with the name of your navigation menu div...

    Thanks for all the suggestions! I have made a little progress and would love to get some more feedback so I can eventually get the site looking as professional as possible before we release it under its' domain.

    Also any suggestions on the logo would help greatly. It is a boat created from an A and T if no one caught it.
