Well, having never heard of these bulbs before, I'll say that your site is definitely original, which means you passed the first checkpoint.
The layout's clean and simple, and I like the color scheme overall. I might go with a darker blue against the white if only for reasons of contrast (a general rule of thumb is that if something contrasts well on a dark color, it generally doesn't contrast well on a light one).
First thing: cut down on your home page text. Move what's there to FAQs and provide the short version of it if you have to (although I'd get more into say a comparison chart of HID bulbs vs. regular ones...I still don't see the difference other than "they're brighter").
A video demo of the lights working at night is probably in order. I'm normally not a big fan of video, but in this case, a YouTube clip of a souped-up car driving along a dark road at night would really show off your product.
If you're going to list makes and models, that's fine...but only list the makes and models you sell. I picked a make/model and was told that you didn't sell it. You're better off not listing it at all if that's the case.
For the links on the content area, I'd use a blue for them or at least underline them. There's nothing obviously distinguishing them from plain text.
That's about it from my point of view for now.

On random parts of the site, I get a paypal error when checking my cart.
"PayPal cannot process this transaction because of a problem with the seller's website. Please contact the seller directly to resolve this problem."
Be sure everything is in order. Forget all the contrast, color, blah, blah, blah...if a fraction of people attempt to pay and get that, you are losing money.
Nice catch, man! I didn't even think to check that!
