I redesigned my site..check it :)
btw. when I go to http://observe-studio.info/index.html its all good but when I go to http://observe-studio.info/ everything goes wrong

I've looked at both and don't immediately see a difference - can you say what it is that goes wrong?

That's because it's the same page. There's a redirect that actually goes the wrong way (to /index.html instead of from /index.html to document root).

As far as the layout goes, it's different and I dig it from a purely aesthetic point of view. From a functional point of view, however, it fails for one simple reason: Contrast. You have next to no contrast between your text and the background (particularly in the menu). It's next to impossible for anyone to read what you have on the page as a result. That's your big issue right there. You might have to either go really dark with the grey or go really light with it for the background color (using dark text in the case of the latter).

By the way, you get some cool stuff when you translate the page using Google Chrome (this isn't on you...it's a function of Chrome. But it's funny):

I love when Chrome misses a word like that. It's like when my wife and mother-in-law speak Assyrian...there's always one random English word or phrase thrown into every sentence. "Bruney bratie achalacha dachadach refrigerator dach bruney!"
