    Hi,

    Over the past few months I've taught myself some html and css, and I've nearly finished re-coding this website. Formerly, my organization had a site with this appearance, but the layout was table-based and didn't use any css. I've rewritten the site to use css, and I'd appreciate any feedback regarding my coding and layout technique. Four characteristic pages on the site are:

    The HTML and CSS both look pretty clean, so that's the good news. Other than that, no offense but it reminds me of a 10 year old website.

    Are you trying to learn HTML/CSS for the future or do you just need a one-time web design? If it's the former, then I think you're off to a fine start (I know my first design didn't look any better). If it's the latter, I'd consider buying a template (I like themeforest the best) even though some here might scold me for that.
