I'm currently working on a new (or reworking on) a project entitled kn3rd. Information about it can be found at the root of the site (kn3rd.artfulme.net). At the moment, kn3rd is in it's alpha stage. I plan on calling it the beta once I have working dynamics, such as allowing users to signup and login.

I'd like to know if there's anything about this general design that should be improved on, or changed. Really, constructive criticism and advice is what I'm looking for

I don't think you should change anything. It's a nice and catchy design. I think your very good at using colors correctly.

Design is a funny word. Some people think design means how it looks.
But of course, if you dig deeper, itís really how it works.

I like it...easy on the eyes.

Designers should always remember our visually impaired readers when designing a site that have to zoom pages to higher levels. It's much easier for them to read a page if the colors are pleasing to their eyes.

You would be surprised how man visually impaired internet users we have out there.

You design a user friendly site and they'll re visit it again and if you have an e commerce site they'll probably buy from you other than a non user friendly site to them.

Its good but if you use this background color with white font color, it will look more attractive.
