I designed this property management website for a client and just wanted to know what you all thought of it. Is there anything that should be changed or added?

The layout is good... Nav is fine..

But.... ADS ? Really... If a property management company is hurting so bad they would compromise the look and feel of the site to make a few bucks by running ADS.....

And the google search tool... I can understand when a site has several thousand pages... But for a handful... A simple php search tool would do... And you quit sending your traffic away...

    Just my 2 cents worth.

I like the design but it's somewhat less easier to read because the font and background color is dark.

I just did what she asked, she is the one that pays the bill. I had a white background first but she wanted the darker one. Myself, I prefer sites with a white or very light background. Thanks for the input.

I don't mind dark backgrounds, but you have to use the appropriate font and font colour.

As for the ads, tell here that she has to remove them. She is not providing a free service, so visitors would likely leave immediately.

Definitely get rid of the ads,
and you don't need the search thing either for such as small site.

Personally I like the site very easy on the eyes, but I don't like the navigation.

I would round the corners just to make it look smooth like the rest of the site, but if the client is happy, your happy, very one that matters is happy so leave it.

Also not sure about the ads, makes me think spam.

    Hope this helps

The site looks pretty great actually. Love the background effect towards the top, but think only thing I would change would be the font being used in the nav. It is totally doing the job, just would maybe use a different font or cufon something to look very stylized. Minor improvement though on a great site!
