    hey guys,
we are planning to beef up our website and i would like to hear some suggestions from you guys. We have used cold fusion for our website but somehow i feel it can be made better and more popular in search engines. I have added our URL to quite a few search engines. Also, are there any legal issues involved if we design a website and put a small company link at the bottom.
Anyways, the website is www.webservio.com . Waiting to hear your suggestions.
    Thanks,
    Ajit

it looks pretty good at the moment. You have used your colors well.
I dont like the flash ani at the top though.. And i think that through-out the site you have used flash in inapprporiate places.

I think that coldfusion is just as good as any other server-side approach..
When you say 'put a small company link at the bottom' do you mean when you design a site for a client?? if so, that is totally legal, although it may look out of place... Mayby just a text link would work better

    good job!

It is quite a well designed and it has a solid base - but flash has been used in unneccessary places (as said above). Still images would do the trick that your flash movies have done - or perhaps you could create animated GIFs to do your banner thingy (though I wouldn't recommend it). overall, a 3/5 from me, well done.

Coldfusion appears to be a good thing to use to create a site.

Company Links are perfectly legal - but as buntine said - often jsut a text link will fit in better fine.

It's a nicely designed site, but there's some things that don't fit:

    1. Lose the bevels on the thumbnails on your "web development" section...they look bad.
    2. Slow down the scrolling in your portfolio. Everything flies right by...and why use Flash there?

Nicely done, but needs a little tweaking.

On top of everything that's been said, centering this site may improve it too. At 1024x768 and larger, it looks jammed in the corner.
