I like the design, but me personally don't like how you use the word "fees". I would use the word but that is my $0.02

I run a full time web design company, agree that rates or something would be a better word than fees. Curious if you plan to add any images or graphics at some point right now the site is neatly organized but a little sterile if that makes sense. Also a logo and a fancier header would spruce things up more to start as well. Good luck!

Your observation that the site looks sterile make sense. I was heading toward simple and straightforward but went a little too far...and I like the word rates instead of fees, thanks. This is exactly the type of insight I was hoping for from this group so thank you very much. Working from home is great until I need some feedback. But I'm sure I am not alone in that! Thank you.

I actually quite like the site's clean look, with the subtle texture at the top.
One problem for me (in Chrome) is that the SiteLock icon at the bottom right is getting scrollbars.

Thanks for the reply! I bet the scrolling is due to the length of my business name. I can opt to remove that, is it distracting? I never thought to check that part of the site when looking at other browsers, I was focusing on margins, padding, and other details. This is great information. thanks

Well, it paid off because the spacing is wonderful!
The scrolling is not the full page, but rather comes from the div holding the link to SiteLock (not sure what that is). [The div had an id of "573000572403507721" when it appeared in my browser]. It has an overflow-y = hidden, but not overflow-x. If you gave it an overflow-x value of hidden as well, this would solve the problem.

Thanks for the clarification, I'll use that info when I do some work on the site tomorrow.
