    The other thread got a tad confusing. I would really like to see what you all think of a specific brand of Sundot.

    Looks much better than what you had before, easy on the eyes, colors bland well and text easy to read. I also like the fact that you are now including server images "icons" on the homepage, gives a quick visual that it is a hosting site.

    I would prefer to have the menu tap at the top changed from "Solutions" to "Packages" if I was a client (buyer) looking for pricing this would be the first place for me to look.

    Also on this page https://sundothosting.com/dedicated-servers/ you should list the specs of the server here, as you don't see the specs until after you click on the "Order Now" button and it appears on this page: https://sundothosting.com/account/cart.php?gid=7 Its like a guess what you are going to get.

    Would like to have more details as a buyer where the servers are located, specifications, redundancies, amount of people at the physical location around the clock etc and this should be easy to find on the website somewhere.

    As a buyer, would like to have confidence that the servers have 24 hrs up time, and if something goes wrong I can communicate (preferable by email or ticket) that the problem can be resolved straight away. Hence 24 hour support is very important, I checked with your contact page https://sundothosting.com/account/knowledgebase.php and clicked on the "Chat with Us now" and it was offline, so not sure if the site is live yet, but as a buyer I would consider this important.

    Anyway, Looks quite good overall.

    Thanks for the feedback!

    I really like the idea of putting some of the server specs on the product page for it! I think we will roll with that idea!

    I'm thinking the about page could have information about server specs and uptime... etc. What do you think?

    You found a good bug with the live chat :| Chat is only available M-F 9AM-5PM maybe I should say that somewhere other than the contact page.

    We have not finished putting the dedicated servers into our billing/account system yet as it's a lot of boring work, so that is not complete yet. Even though on the Dedicated Servers page we should give more information about where they are, how awesome the network is, and why we're better than everybody else

    Here's my take...looks pretty, but I wouldn't touch you guys with a ten-foot pole, and here's why:

    1) I don't know where you're from. No address from a host = no business from me as a customer.

    2) I can't customize a dedicated server plan...at all. As in I can't add a second hard drive, or in my case a third. I can't adjust the RAM. I can't adjust the operating system if I wanted to. I can't add control panels. I can't do jack with this.

    3) Too many pages say "coming soon ... "

    Simply put, I look at this, I compare it to hosts that I know about and would trust, and you guys just don't stack up. If and when I need another Linux box (and I've used Linux hosting services in the past, although it's not my first choice), I wouldn't turn to you for the reasons above and what donkey said.

    We haven't put in all the details for the dedicated servers. It takes like an entire day so we've been putting that off.

    I know you guys are young and just starting out, but maybe you need to take a hard look at your attitude - if this kind of "'it's too much trouble" attitude comes across to your target market, you're going to have some serious problems getting customers.

    And don't forget that if someone is considering buying hosting from you, they'll probably Google your name (I certainly would, as part of my normal research before buying anything), and if this thread comes up in the results, which is very likely, you're cooked.
