Very good work. I hate to say anything negative about such a good website but I did find a few things that I think you might want to consider changing.
    1) the connect with Facebook and Twitter buttons should be png's with transparent backgrounds to get rid of the tiny white corners that show up on the dark background (or just paint the tiny corners a dark gray color).
    2) the footer links fade to white, which is hard to read against the light gray background. That's not a big issue, I just had to move my mouse off of them to remind me what they were.
    3) for accessibility, I would make the Home link in the nav the first item in the tab order. As it is now, I had to tab twice before the logo went into focus and I wasn't able to determine what the first two tab focuses were.
    4) the css flip effect you're using on the social icons is really cool but doesn't work in IE (big surprise) but it does degrade fairly gracefully.

The colors are very nice and the slideshow is great. The site is laid out well and easy to navigate... well done.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. Good point about the facebook and twitter login, I'll fix that. The issue with the social buttons on IE, I hadn't noticed that. Thanks for pointing that out.

First and foremost, I normally hate when web designers use grey. It's the "I know black and white go with everything and so does grey so I'll just use it because it's neutral" color du jour.

Notice how I said "normally", however. You've done an excellent job of using grey as an accent color and bringing out details that are of secondary importance, but important nonetheless. I look at your use of grey, and I don't want to down a bottle of pills and listen to 90s grunge music. Good stuff.

I like the red, too. Very nice shade.

The only thing that really bothered me was what Mike pointed out about the links fading to white in the footer. Fade them to your shade of red and it'll look a lot nicer.

Also, your Google maps zoom controls are hard to get at. They're not fully showing against the map. Wicked use of a widescreen map, though.

    From your FAQ:
Reflap is 100% free. There are no charges to join or now options to pay for credits or stuff.
I'm guessing this is a French-to-English translation issue since I see you're from La Belle Province (caliss, ou est la Mare d'Alpha?), but that sentence should say "There are no charges to join and no additional purchase of credits are required." Oh yeah, I'm not from Québec...I'm stupid Henglish from outside of Toh-ron-TOH!

    Very nice work overall.

Ahaha thanks for the feedback thegame1264 . Sorry about the typo, I guess I rushed through that. I'll fix that asap. I was going to ask you how did you know I was from Quebec but then I realized that the map gave me up. Good point about the map. I'll fix the controls as well. The footer will be fixed as well. That's was a good point as well. Once again thanks for your feedback.

Actually, the circle on the bottom of one of the pages with the map that said "rue College" did. The big map was just the clincher.

Tabernac' - Je suis ici, mon viuex! And for your info, us Keebeckers call it "Tronna".

To the OP - I'm delighted to see such an interesting platform coming out of Quebec - we've got a lot of terrific programmers here. If you ever need a bit of Francais to Anglais translation or grammar checking, drop me a line. The site itself is visually very appealing - well balanced but still exciting - I really like the fade-out effect when changing pages - and I love the twirly social icons - carrying the circular motif into the map is cool. I'd like to see the textarea for the e-mail signup defined a bit more - background gradient or something? - not necessarily an outline - but that's quite simply the only thing I'd fix, now that your links are fading to the red as suggested above. Well done, c'est un très belle œuvre!
