Hello everyone. I just start working here at NorthWest Data Solutions in Anchorage, Alaska. My first assignment is redesign some pages on one of our sites.
Please review and offer feedback, thank you in advance.

home page isn't to bad, but the linked page feels a bit dirty. no padding on any text areas, images not great quality, 2 column design but no real structure.

-- that is not a good quality icon for youtube

if I view the source its all over the place, not to mention not being valid.

Some pages looking much better than others, but in general no consistancy with the design.

fonts are completely different sizes on different pages

    Sorry bud, not great.

(my opinion only - Im not the god of design)

Thank you for your comments. It's one of my tasks here to improve this site. I agree that there are many font sizes on different pages. I will work on it soon. More comments are always welcome neicawse.

Agree with neicawse - no real consistency - it needs a bit of a branding/graphics eye perhaps. It's also rather slow loading over here, something that is more important (think search engine rankings & lost visitors) than ever.

Homepage looks like the start of what could be a cool theme/colourscheme but you have text busting out of boxes on your slider.

I'd also recommend using higher resolution logos at the bottom - e.g. Canadian flag is slightly blurred!

    Hope this helps!

The site looks really messy. When I browse your pages, I feel like I'm viewing my web host's control panel.

    A couple things:
    - the logo is skewed. I thought someone resized it improperly, but nope, the designer naturally wanted the "skewed" look.
    - on the home featured content slider, things are not fitting in the boxes.
    - layout-wise, the safety policy page looks like a mess. we have 2 columns there of equal size. which one is the main content and which one is the side bar? and if both columns of are similar importance, you need to play around with typography and sizes to make it more obvious.
    - why is there no menu on the safety policy page??????
