Your site takes a long time to fully load (maybe because your site is in the UK and I am in the US but I have never really had this problem before and it seems that way with a lot of the sites you have listed in your portfolio) for instance the main pages slider image as well as the images on the portfolio page. While I am on the portfolio page, I think you should choose your main thumbnails a little better. Looking at what thumbnails/previews as they currently are, I wasn't encouraged to look any further into what you had to offer because the main images where enticing at all. You want to entice your potential customers to delve deeper into your product.

Design is a funny word. Some people think design means how it looks.
But of course, if you dig deeper, itís really how it works.

My review will be very general.

I think overall it's okay. Shows you have a lot of skill.

I think it's weird how all the elements of you website go together. It's very incongruent actually. I mean, your mascot is this Yak, which is a hairy frizzy beast and you have hairy frizzy pieces throughout your site. That part I get. At the same time, your menu items are clean fonts+icons and your background is... striped wood?

Finally I want to complain about readability - #999 color on #fff bg is not okay.

I think the site looks good. Maybe work on the yak graphics toward the bottom of the page and polish them up a little more. Overall looks good though.
