Just wondering what people think of my site. I know that you probably won't like the IFRAME or the fact that it opens in a separate window, but it is only a personal site.

And, no, I am not evil, no matter what my site claims :-)

Let me know what you think!

    Thanks,

its not too bad.. I like your evilness.

I wont comment on the iFrame and new window.. But i will say that i think you should brighten it up a bit.

I am aware of that. The program I use to take the pictures is rather tempermental and sometimes doesn't work correctly. I'm going to look for a new program.

    Thanks

ok it's not like me to say this about site's which open in a new window and has a frame but... I like it and I think it's cool them horns really make it look cool...

Just a fe thing though - Make it more interesting and dynamic.. add some roleovers for your links on your horns.,. The links at the top of the page arent needed..

bung a few pictures here and there and ur done..

i like it.. simple yet effective in its own way..

but still a bit dark for my liking..

The horns used to be flash animations with rollovers, etc., but I decided it would be better to go with images/image maps.

For the rollovers, would it be best to slice each horn into individual buttons for rollovers? Or, is there a way I can use layers? I'm not familiar with how layers work or if it is possible.

    Thanks

I like it, although I think you could do with a brighter background, maybe something around #413535 or #3D3D3D would do. Get rid of the iframe, make it a scrollable div with custom scrollbars and you're good to go

I do hate the fact that my status bar is gone (because of the new window)... so you might wanna throw that back in. I rarely ever click links that I can't see what they are...

Oh and for your answer about rolleovers, don't use layers, just slice it up in photoshop (or whatever you're using) and export each button as a separate picture and format it wth tables.

Thanks for the info, Brak. I'll see how a lighter background looks and add the rollovers. Also, I'll see what I can do about the DIVs, not too familiar with those.

    Thanks

The site is a little dark for my taste, but that seems to be what you're going for, so more power to you. The horns are cool, but they are the only images on the page. I'd like to see some more graphics on the site. And rollovers on the horns would definately be cool.
