    Frames =

I like your overall layout but from a first glimpse it's a bit text and more text... try adding some images to the layout.. like some borders.. even css borders wud be nice

you links at the top of ur page would be a lot better if they did something. Just recently i've been saying roleover a lot lol so yer add a roleover script to them.

if you align your page to the centre too it will be cool o and a border rnd the whole page in css that would be pretty nice..

It works in firebird so that's good

I'm looking at it in firebird, and I have to set the text size extremely small (illedgibly small) so it doesn't break the layout of your site. I agree about the frames, they seem very unnecessary. If you got rid of the web design news feed at the bottom of your site (which also seems unnecessary), there would be plenty of room for your personal updates, w/o the frames.

It took three try's before it loaded.
Its a nice design but i could have sworn ive seen this before.. Also, i definetely agree with the other members, lose the frame. And u have some horizontal scrolling on 800x600.

    good job overall 3/5

The link to what seems to be your counter is easy found.. "http://extremetracking.com" - from those dudes.

And i would suggest that you get a domain for your site as http://www.natashasworld.com/~arthur/ isnt to professional.
