Gift Experience site needs feedback

Check out this gift experience site I have to redesign the home page of...

You know what to do! Criticise it to death and let me know what needs changing
As you can see, it's very cluttered right now and all the stuff below the fold doesn't get any clicks whatsoever according to Google On Page Analytics.

As always, I like to get feedback from you guys to help me leverage changes I propose with my clients. It seems to speed up the process and minimise resistance like you wouldn't believe!

Before anyone provides any input, are you familiar with ASP.net? That is quite clearly an ASP.net website...I'm guessing running on the ASP.net 2.0 framework with the AJAX toolkit.

I think you have hit the nail on the head when you said it's cluttered.

There are two main menus, both provided with long drop downs - too much imo.
I am getting "By price" over "Special offers"

Cluttered it is, Anytime I Iand on a site like that I hit the move on button never to return.
