Right off the bat, I'm confused.
It looks like you based it off of this theme:
InterStellar | UFO themes
But on the other hand, it really doesn't look much like that theme. Please explain that.

I don't mind it. Decent enough colors, they're different, and you injected the minimum required levels of corporate BS to be able to cater to your target market.
You've got weird issues that look like an unclosed element somewhere.

The links in the footer don't work.
Other than that, I don't have a lot of thoughts.

Its a little different, usually with web designs you will have a darker (Picture) background and a lighter (white) for the content area. Example (https://www.origin.com/en-au/store/b...ANW.html#media), you seem to have this idea inverted. I tried this idea before, was not that great with the feedback I received.
Text on images does make it a little more challenging to read especially the white text used near clouds. I have seen some websites incorporate a transparent dark shade under the words which I thank should help the text come out more. For the links at the top I would think this would look good with a transparent rectangle across the page with the white text on top.
You also have this white text on back green on the homepage "We are a specialist property firm who provides advice to tenants, occupiers and purchasers of commercial property" it is a little challenging to read it, just not enough contrast between the two colors used.
Not sure if it is done on purpose but above the footer at the bottom of the page you have a green horizontal rectangle bar that is going outside of the content area on the right.
No links are working at the bottom for me.
