Nice wordrpress theme... How about you mention that in the post instead of passing it of as you're own work?
Unless of course its YOUR theme in which case its pretty good. We'll have to see what Mare says about that.

Looks like it's a custom theme, based on the Twitter Bootstrap framework - pretty nice.
I didn't have time to check out the whole site, but I like the round images, the mouseover interactions, and the general concept.
I know it's been done before, and I'm just not sure I'd need/ want to have someone else defining what is the most interesting stuff for me - but there's plenty to choose from and I found a couple of things that I thought were interesting/cool/funny.

Well... it appears I suck at calling out bought/free themes. Good to know lol.

Mare pretty much summed up my thoughts. Looks okay, but someone compiling things that are "viral" holds no interest to me. That, and I can't stand "viral content". It's one of those buzzphrases created by marketers that doesn't have any real meaning.
This is basically just a web version of the Huffington Post...they take everyone else's stuff and repackage it.

My stuff (well, some of it): My bowling alley site | Canadian Postal Code Info (beta)
If you look at the source code, and check out the link rel="stylesheet" usually the name of the theme is right there, like this "...../wp-content/themes/Sterling/style.css"
If the theme name is not right in the link, I check the CSS files - many of the premium themes have multiple css styles to allow for the built-in multiple colour layouts that can be chosen from the admin - for example ".../wp-content/themes/themename/css/primary-blue.css" or ".../wp-content/themes/themename/css/secondary-teal.css"
Also, if you go a little deeper and dig into the CSS headers a bit, you can usually tell. The coders who actually make their own WP themes usually use a framework - the wannabes don't know enough to do that, and somewhere in the CSS headers it will show where it's from and who made it.
I may sound a bit obsessive about this, but I am confronted on an almost weekly basis by clients comparing my services to those of a competitor near me who calls themself a designer/developer and uses WP exclusively - she has a pool of about 45 purchased themes that she chooses from to show her clients, and she claims it all as her own work. I know this is so because she approached me to take on some of her excess work last year and she explained to me in detail how she works. ( She also gleefully told me how she got a weekly article in the local paper, with her byline, and how she uses a professional copywriter and just puts her name on it.) I refused to work for her, and it pisses me off that she is lying to her clients that way. So I get hot under the collar when I see the same thing happening here.
There are a lot of people put there who specialize in Wordpress sites - nothing wrong with that if that's what you want to do. But be honest about it if you're using purchased themes - better yet, learn about WordPress so you can do original stuff and not rely on other people's work!

Great website, I like it, has the Pinterest, Stumbleupon feel too it, colors, contrast, content all seems good, just out of curiosity how would you generate traffic for a site like this? through organic traffic (articles from the site) or other means such as ad-words etc

Thanks for the explanation Mare. I always wondered how you did that so well.

Interesting work.
Some thoughts:
+ If this is going to be a viral video home, then you should not have intro text -- links videos should be the first things people see.
+ Your intro text is overlapping
+ I personally dislike having so many GIFs load. They're distracting and I believe a typical GIF animation is around 500k to 1mb? You should take a look at SBnation.com and see how they've turned gifs into on-hover loading/playing objects.
