    Is it me or is there not that much to comment on at this stage? I could only find the front page and none of the links work at the moment!

    The overlapping elements I think are because your site uses some strange positioning techniques with percentage based fixed positioning where I don't think it is really appropriate to do so. I would use simple static or relative positioning instead, as fixed should only be used where an element needs to stay at a fixed position on the screen (i.e., unaffected by the user scrolling up or down the page).

    Try to get a good book or tutorial on CSS positioning.
