Great design work, typography and imagery spot on! You are close to making it fully responsive as well so that's a huge plus.

UX wise though, the only issue I had was clicking nav links, it takes to long to scroll (even though the parallax effect is subtle and nice).

Thanks, I can increase the speed of scroll - will do that.

What else needs to be done to make it fully responsive?

five.jpg and shaun.png are not responsive images. also you may need to set overflow hidden so on the mobile phone a user cant scroll horizontally.

    And put this tag in your head <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" />

Let me know if you want more info on the tag.

I tried the head tag you recommended and overflow:hidden - but it displayed badly on an iPhone. I uploaded this version to another site to test the difference: Brisbane Graphic Design

Lots of display problems. I guess I would have to re-do a lot of the code to get it to work in that way on a smart phone.
Check your widths, the parent of the five img has a set width of 514px the id is #effective.

I think it looks pretty good.

    A few points.

It took an age to load. I guess all those images and carousels
It could do with some easing on the slide effects. They are a little too blocky.
You have a lot of images without alt tags
At small widths the next/prev buttons arn't right.

You might want to use ajax for pulling in all those image when you reach a scroll threshold or something.
