    As trite as Ron was, he's also 100% correct. But that's not your major problem.

    Your major problem is that your entire site, domain name and concept are based off of a character that is a registered trademark of the Nintendo corporation, you're not forming a clearly derivative work, and you're profiting off of it. If you ever get called out by Nintendo and sued for it, you're going to have a legal fight on your hands you're not even remotely prepared for. Nintendo isn't as aggressive about its copyrights as other game console manufacturers (e.g. Sony) but they have been known to take on those they believe violate their copyrights.

    The only good thing about your site is that it's so unoriginal and so lacking in any real content that it probably won't get found by Nintendo lawyers and probably doesn't represent something worth suing over.
