    Help with design

Hello, I need an advice on my web design I have two days to submit the project, is for school and doesn't have much weight in the final mark but I want to do something cosiderable...

I'm going to attach two images, one that represents the front page and another the "agenda/events"...

The logo must stay in the same position and I can't modify it, all the rest I can change... I don't really know what to put in the background and I don't know what to put in the nav that is placed the menu, I see it to much blank...
Everything you would change please let me know I want to give a good impression...

"Also the agenda title isn't aligned, I'll put it in the center..."

    Thanks for the atention

Since you left it last minute, keep it as simple as you can.

What you may want to do is make your page take up the width of the screen (adjusting for cell phones probably isn't an option since it's a school project and "responsive design" probably isn't in the laser sights of academia education yet), make your foreground picture on the opening page do likewise, and use different ones across the board. That way, you lose that circle gradient background.

Other than that, I can't offer much advice on two screen shots, so I'd suggest one thing: change the body font on the agenda page to something sans serif (when all else fails, go Arial) so that it matches the menu.
