Is there a way to center the site (800x600) in a browser window of 1024x768? If it is possible, what about the white space on the sides, can it be another color?

    Thanks in advance

    Here is the site

It depends on your stylesheet and which browser is viewing the site. Try putting a <div align="center"> around the whole site. If you've got any absolute positioning in your stylesheet you'll have to change this to relative positioning.

Change your <body> tag to <body bgcolor="pink"> to change the white in the background or add BODY {background-color: pink; } to your stylesheet.

just center your tables and divs.. and make sure they are 780px wide or less..
When changing your background color, remember, there are over 16 million different colors to choose from so just find a hexadecimal code that you like.

I think you have optimised you header too much. It has lost alot of quality. And it wouldnt hurt to add a bit of padding so your content isnt squished against your brick thing. <div style="padding: 4px 0px 0px 5px;">
