My first feedback to you is that if you're going to put yourself forward as a designer, you should not be using a purchased theme for your own WordPress based site.

Nothing wrong with using WP - it's free, easy to maintain. But create your own theme.

Looks like it's down. I tried to find out what Mare was referring to (I know she's right, but I just like to see for myself) and it's down.

It doesn't matter. You're a designer. You're supposed to have a portfolio with a design of your own, from scratch. Modifying a theme doesn't make it yours. It makes it a modified theme. As someone who hires designers, that alone would eliminate you from further consideration on my part.

Your "portfolio" doesn't show much other than screen captures of university assignments. I get that you're still in university, but you need to figure out some real-world projects to work on. That's a catch-22, and I realize that, but many people look for experienced developers.

If you don't believe there is anything negative about using someone else's work and passing it off as your own, then you have a skewed sense of ethics.

If you're coming here and asking us to critique your site, and you're using a theme, say so, and explain how you have customized it.

In my projects I often use themes that are brought to me by my clients or that I even help a client to find - it's often all they can afford, they cannot afford to have me build a theme from scratch (there's a reason that buying exclusive rights to a theme costs so much). But when that is the case I say so. Any site that I develop using a purchased theme is clearly described as such in my portfolio.

I don't see much difference here from the design and layout of the original theme, except that you are not using all the features and you've changed the images and some of the colours..
