    I am new, be gentle

    Hello,

I am a relatively new designer (at it for about a year) and I am looking for some input on my company's website. I have a portfolio of some other sites as well but I would like to get a bit of input on this first if I could.

    Thanks

It looks like you used a template. Passing off someone else's work as your own doesn't sit well around here.

    I'll be extremely gentle
Try to make layout by yourself. You can learn and practise by changing the template you are using. This can be good starting point to make your own layout.
As a designer, you have to be good with images, color schemes, fonts.
Images on your site are distorted and blurred with rough edges, pixelated You have to learn how to process images. This is very important for every designer.

I totally agree with Sasha, first and foremost the graphics, color scheme, fonts are pretty much crap, even your logo is blurry (not sharp).

I feel you need better image optimization.

Your logo is obviously blurry compared to other texts.

The 3 column thing at the bottom of the home -- those pics are pixely.

On your portfolio page, you need thumbnails -- what you're doing is loading the full image in a small resized version. That's a problem because it basically makes the page load slow, and even on a fast connection like mine, I can see the images forming. Use thumbnails and it'll load instantly.

    Also, just my though,

    Helping Small Business Prosper

grammatically correct, but I think it should be

    "Helping Small Businesses Prosper"

I agree with sasha. Maybe you could do some coding on your website. Layout your own website then maybe we could do some fixing and help.
