The most important task was to design and construct the site so a lot of information to be easy to find. After this was the navigation.
    Critics and comments are welcome.

Looks pretty good, I only have a few complaints. First, The navigation and other boxes on the left overlap onto the white. I'm guessing this was done on purpose, but it still looks like an accident and I dont think it looks good, IMO. Also, the nav on the very top is out of the way, and pretty small.

You have alot of information on the page, but there's horizontal scrolling at 800x600, which is still a popular resolution.

Nice work overall, welcome to WDF.

The idea was navigation to overlap the white
The navigatio on the top is a idea of the client, it's dublicating the left menu nav.

    I don't see on 800x600 a horizontal scrolling...

It refuses to load in Safari; it downloads itself. I have to rename the file to a .html file and then view it manually, and then naturally all the images are broken as a result. Not a good experience.

Safari is only for OS X (10.2, specifically). Now that it's becoming or already is the most popular Mac browser, it would be a good idea to get the site working in it...

Looks good, you can get to the information from pretty much anywhere...one thing i would change would be the nav boxes that go over the blue side bar, mebbe by putting a border arround it if you want to keep that certain style...

I find the site cluttered... I know there's information there, but my head spins trying to find it.

I would break the site down into more manageable chunks, with "tasters" on the front page and nothing more.
