Before I review anything on this site, that panda bear on the top looks oddly familiar to me. Like a Disney character or something. I just can't place which one.

Personally I don't like the huge panda at the very top of the homepage - my first impression was "oh, that's some cartoon website", people need to scroll down to find out what it is about. That part of the homepage is the most valuable, needs to provide something to make people think they came to the correct place, encourage them to explore the website.Though the panda looks cute.
The service bloks on homepage should ideally link to pages with more information - on most websites these are links, so users are likely to expect them to be links, I clicked on the titles first, then on the text, then on the animals only to find out that there are no links I expected. I guess they will be links later, noticed that no links have been added yet.
Contact us form: I recommend not putting field labels inside fields, it saves spaces but it's a bad practise - people need to delete the contents of the field if they are not sure if they put the right thing there, instead of simplifying things it makes it more complicated. I would also shorten the field names - just "Name" is much better than "Click here to type your name" - everyone knows how to use forms these days, you are just wasting users' time making them read stuff they don't need.
Its a nice site overall.

While I think it looks awesome, if you are advertising graphic design you should be using your own creations.
The Good
I think the 3D characters look great, and catch attention.
The colours are bright and stand out.
The layout seems solid and good across all browsers (unless you count IE6, which i don't, no one should be using that :P )
The Bad
Not your own creations/designs for the characters, anyone can go and pay for stock images.
Not 100% responsive, it seems to be fine once you get down to mobile size, but there's nothing between that and 1000px.
You don't have a portfolio or gallery of your work, other than the video.
Since someone else believes as I do, and I couldn't place the character, I'm going to withhold review pending a response/clarification from the OP on who these characters are.

I wasn't able to find that pose, but the character was quite easy to find with a quick Google search

The site looks great, some nice crisp 3d rendered characters, although not sure if they have been stolen from some films.
I would say as well as having a video reel have a slider or page section for images of websites/graphics you have created.
Nice site.. I agree it could do with more content and more to it. But its a great start, it looks clean and entices me to read on.
I'm not sure why people have an issue that you've used paid for artwork within your site. Its there to serve a purpose and we all incorporate vectors and stock images in what we.
