Your "Enquiry" form keeps scrolling with the page and obscures your text content - need to place that somewhere in a static position.
Since English is not your first language and you appear to be trying to market to English speaking customers you need someone to edit your text to make it read better.

I find that enquiry box annoying as well. Trust me, if users really want to contact you, they won't mind spending 10 seconds to scroll down and find an enquiry box, and if they don't want - no matter how easy to access the enquiry box is, it won't help. Also, the sticky top menu is too big - it is really annoying on my (I think) 14.1'' screen, since it takes up nearly 1/4 of the screen!

Your large images (the office cubicles and the 3 phones) both have terrible jpeg artifacting. The logo also has a massive artifact problem. I'd fix this first because low-quality images can make your site look cheap.

You should also make sure the positioning is correct on the title text for each page on more monitor resolutions, because your page titles fall below the image on my large (1920x1080) monitor.

The last thing I'll mention is the large "get in touch" button in the footer. Right now it's off-centre and I think it would look much better if both the button and the text were centred.
