Ok, will start with the colors, not a huge fan of the dark gloomy colors, but thats a matter of opinion. The design isn't a bad one, it seems quite fast and quite easy to navigate.

The only major problem I can find with the site is the wording of everything, below I have taken just one quote from your web design page, it says.

It is fact that you will never get best design.
This is stating that it is fact that the design that you create for the client is never going to be the best! There are many of these all over the site, it could do with a tad bit of proof reading.

    Apart from that good attempt!
The future will be kind to me, for I intend to write it.

Trev is right. Your english isn't that great, and that is one of the U.S. customer's biggest fears about purchasing something from a foreign country: they won't be able to understand us. With English like that on your site, I'd be afraid to purchase something such as web design, which requires alot of communication.

As far as the design goes, it could use some work. The background you have is very distracting, in my opinion. Also, lose the comic sans font: it looks unprofessional. The fire effect that you have near the top of the page doesn't look good IMO, and it tiles: you can clearly see where it repeats. I agree that the dark design isn't very appealing to the eye. Lastly, some mouseovers in the navigation would spruce it up a little too.

    Hope this helps.

In fact, if you really want to sell to the US, you should probably not mention that you're in India. Instead, advertise the benefits of offshore development (leave the India information in your Contact area).

I still have a scrollbar for your website at 800 x 600 pixel resolution. your site is a bout 1 or 2 pixels too wide on my computer (15" LCD)

You may have made some changes, but not enough:
    "Any budy can join..."
is just one of your major grammatical and spelling errors. You should either hire someone fluent in english to join your team, or atleast pay someone to review the content on your website.
