    Been asked a thousand times!

My apologies. I'm new to this forum and I'm sure what I'm going to ask has been asked a thousand time previously over the years. What is the closet thing to Mac's "iWeb" available for the PC? I've searched and searched and searched. I find these "web design rating" websites that are obviously paid sites because each one lists a different "Top 10". I know a lot of people hate iWeb, but I find it so simple and easy to use. Yeah, not the most powerful thing around, but perfect for a novice like me.
I'm looking for drag-n-drop WYSIWYG with no coding. Also, not looking for a "monthly subscription" site. I want something I can pay for and download to my PC and publish to my hosting provider (GoDaddy). Can anyone help?

Macaw is a decent WYSIWYG. The engine actually tries to output code that doesn't suck. "Tries" being the key word. WYSIWYG editors will probably always suck.
