    This is basically a place to pick up political resources, designed by me for Che-Lives.com.

    Apparently, the site is down at the moment, but it won't last long. Here's an early, unfinished version, hosted somewhere else.

    The site looks very bare. The globe is the biggest element in the design, by alot. If you made the text in the white box black, I think it'd be easier to read. Also, your nav looks like it's hidden away down in the bottom left corner. See if you can make it more appealing, and put it in the top right corner of the site - that area is looking very empty. Finally, you appear to have something resemlbing a banner, at the bottom of the site. It looks out of place there, not sure what it's point is. By the time I see it, I've already read the rest of your site.

    Untitled Document - as title tags
    I can't see your nav in 800x600 until I scroll down. that's a big no-no in my book.

    Overall, I like it, but try to emphasise the content a little more.

    I would also make the cellpadding a little higher so your content isn't stuck to the border

    It's not a cell, it's a frame. That's ben annoying me a bit too

    I checked your source, and it doesn't appear to be a frame (unless you've changed it). I would highly recommend tables over frames for this design. Tables are evil, and they don't seem necessary for this design.

    Oh I see, no frames - but div layers.

    What I would do is put this right after your <div> tag:

    <table cellpadding="2" cellspacing="0" border="0">
    <td>

    And then this right before the closing </div> tag:

    </td>
    </table>

    That should pad it up a bit...
