I think the top of the page should be a little cleaner and the text up there is pretty hard to read. Also the bit with the text on the left hand side in my opinion looks a little cheap - take out that and the bottem-most row and I think the site would look a lot cleaner. I think your on the right track though. The human potential site in your portfolio is rad though!
    Nothing to see here

I agree. Looking at the entire design of your site, it's visually pleasing, but trying to read and use the site is a different story. The content on the homepage is hard to read because the dark text is set against a dark background.

How can you call it a "portfolio site" if you only have two things in your portfolio? Those are the only two designs you've created in your life?

    I agree
The content of pages is sketchy, for all three sites that you have done...

    Ok fine then,

I'll call it a beginner's portfolio site or whatever.. a web designer's web site...

I just recently began doing web design seriously, so yah, I don't much of a portfolio to show off. I'm just trying to get some feedback on my web designer's website.

I think that you have made a good start, I like the logo, looks good, but the white text beside it is blurry and really difficult on the eyes, agreed that the left banner looks cheap and nasty, also at the bottom you have an extra grey/silver bar which doesn't do the site any justice whatsoever. Other than that mate, good start!
The future will be kind to me, for I intend to write it.
