I am not as expert as many of the others on this site but it did strike me as being more original that many of the sites I have seen. A lot of the sites these days just seem to fall into a couple of categories of clones.

The biggest thing that I didn't like is it does not appear to be responsive.

The thing I might change if it were my site is that I would link the icons on the contact us page.

It's the first site you've ever built for someone and you used ASP.net Webforms for it?

Either you used a website builder or are a horrible liar. Something doesn't sit right on this.

Check it on smaller desktop screens, some things do not look alright.

The "next section", I'd say not to use that.

have the logo go to home when clicked

What We Offer: a little confused. I expect: "We offer ..." example: "we offer a website with your pre-, during, and post-wedding experience". boom. sum it up one or 2 statements.

The email is listed explicitly on contact us - easily picked up by spam bots. I think it's better to have it obfuscated or leave it off.

I suggest to use a responsive design, such as bootstrap (most popular). In addition, read something about user experience. Tab navigation is unfashionable.
