Hi all, I have been working on a cross browser compatible and well programmed layout for a student lending site. The original comp and design wasn't created by me, but the marketing department gave me a high resolution jpg to turn into a working web page. Usually the layouts I create are sliced and designed by me, and it is much easier to hit the requirements, but I have had to adapt to making the picture that was given to me work in all browser scenarios.

Can you please take the time to scrutinize all elements of this page and let me know what you think, and if it can be improved what you would suggest? I am most concerned about usability and the technical aspects (compatibility, search engine optimization, clean code, etc) but it is very important for me to know if any browser doesn't render this content perfectly.

    Thanks!
