Talking Website Near Completion | Need Feedback

    Hello,

I have a website I am building called https://www.longislandhub.com/ that is near completion.

The goal of the website is to be an online destination for people who live on Long Island, NY. My overall goal is to have Long Island Hub serve as an in depth online encyclopedia for Long island and also to have many online tools that a person from Long Island can use.

Looking for feedback, please be honest as I want this to be the best it can be!

    The site looks pretty good.

Where did you get this template? It needs more coding work.
Multiple doctypes, html, head, - I got tired of looking.

Thank you for taking a look.

From Start Bootstrap and yes I am working on making all the URLs reading simply /pagename and not /pagename.php

Is that what you meant by multiple doctypes?

No. I am referring to your HTML code. Who writes your code. Do you know HTML?

Yes I know HTML, CSS & SEO. I am also familiar with CMS Platforms like Wordpress, Magento, Big Commerce etc.

Thank you for this information. There is always room to improve. Taught myself from scratch so any constructive criticism is appreciated
