I just finished my first attempt for my portfolio site. I would appreciate some comments from you guys on how I can improve it and make it better. Bear in mind that I am only 15 and just looking for a site to display contact information and examples of my work. I am not trying to be a big company like you find many people do, this is just a little bit of fun in a way, while making a little money out of it at the same time.

Do you think I should stay with this idea and develope it further? Or should I start again from scratch.?

    Thank You

Very good, just ensure that you keep your text contsant throughout, you have a "Thank you" in TNR on thehome page .

Also, make the pictures in your portfolio links, plus have a larger, say 200 wide pic with a decription of the brief and the design on the right/left of the picture? like http://www.kirmandesign.co.uk/port.php has.

    Seems good

Yeah I was going to enlarge them but decided against it as it stretches the images and gaps appear, so I need to have a thnk about gettin around that problem?

Any more reviews would be appreciated.

Looks very clean...and bright. One thing you may want to consider is descreasing the height of your header image and centering everything left to right. There's really no point in having vertical scrolling. I think if you shrink the header a bit, and utilize your content area you'll have a sharp site w/ no scrolling at all. One other thing that I noticed on your contact email you spelled "Inquiry" wrong.

I have fixed the /contact.php page now, all should work fine.

Do any of you have any suggestions on adding more content and effects?

    Thank you,
