I was just wondering what you guys would charge for a site like this.. it's not complete, there's been some complications. The owners are going to find someone else to integrate a shopping cart system into the site, but what do you think I deserve for what's been done?

    thanks

I don't know how much you should ask for the site but what I know is that, for the pictures, I've would have done it fo 5$

The site opens up links in new windows, and there are lots of missing pages and missing images. If you fix all of those, I'd say maybe $50-$75. The site is very basic, but I'm sure it took you a long time. First sites always do.

For a site like that I would probably pay somewhere between 25 and 30. (about $35 to $50 - unsure).

It is a basic website, which seems to lack pizazz, and the bottom row of images do not blend in with the backgrund well. Also the navigation is very basic, as images have been used, where a designer who had been in "the business" for longer would have used text most probably for this, or used images and had rollover effects for them.

Overall, a good, clean and basic site for a first try .

I'm sure you could find something like that on a free template site. But considering its your first site I'm sure noone here will go hard on you. A few things that were on my mind though was what made them choose you when you had never designed a site before? Surly its slightly strange just choosing someone to design a company site for them when he has never done a site himself.

Considering its your first site (if thats what it is) then it's not a bad attempt, all the basics in, you just need to maybe jazz it up a bit somehow.

    Just my opinon.
