    Hi there -

    Websafe colours??

    I've been setting up pages for what will be quite a huge site, using the background colour of #ffffeb. Basically, it's a light lemon yellow.

    But I don't understand the issue of websafe colours - if most users have high colour settings on their PC [16-24 bit], then surely I'll be safe - yes?

    Or else it'll all be rendered into a hideous bright and tasteless custard yellow?

    I really don't worry about it anymore, if someone complains I usually say "make sure you have up to date drivers for your video card" LOL yup, I'm lazy.
